What I Promise

I’m focused on elevating Maine’s education, addressing homelessness and addiction with real solutions, and making homeownership more affordable for all Mainers.

Education

Education is critical because our children are our future. It's alarming that Maine has dropped from being one of the top 5 states in education to ranking between 34th and 38th. I am dedicated to ensuring that our schools provide an unbiased education, protecting our children from biased history curriculums and harmful ideologies that undermine the values of our nation. Our schools should foster pride in our heritage and unity among all Americans. It's time to restore integrity to our education system and secure a brighter future for all students.

I firmly believe that every American has an inherent right to self-defense, as envisioned by our Founding Fathers. The right to bear arms is a fundamental freedom that should remain unchanged. It’s not the government’s place to dictate how we protect ourselves and our families.

Housing Crisis

Housing affordability is at the heart of my campaign. I believe every Mainer deserves a fair chance at homeownership, but government interference and misguided policies have driven property costs sky-high. We must put an end to these practices and ensure that hardworking families can afford to live in the communities they love. Additionally, we must address the impact of illegal immigration on housing costs, ensuring that our resources support American citizens and legal immigrants first.

Healthcare

Healthcare costs have skyrocketed while quality has declined, driven by insurance companies and big pharma prioritizing profits over people’s health. It’s time to stand up for affordable healthcare for everyone, especially our seniors, and put an end to the exploitation by these giant corporations.

Medical Freedom

No entity in this country should have the authority to dictate what people put into their bodies. Forced vaccinations must end; every American has the right to medical freedom and personal choice in healthcare decisions.

Homelessness and Addiction

The homelessness and addiction crisis is getting worse despite all the government’s talk and spending. I believe addiction is closely tied to mental health, and instead of shaming those who are struggling, we need to draft legislation that actually gives them the help they need. We need to look differently at the root cause and provide solutions that work.

Pro-life

All life is precious, and we need to end taxpayer-funded abortions, with some exceptions such as incest, rape, and whenever a mother’s life is at risk.

Inflation

Inflation is affecting every Mainer, as we see when we go to the grocery store, pay our electric bill, or handle our taxes. While there are several factors coming from the federal level, unnecessary government spending only makes inflation worse. I'll work to cut wasteful spending to not only ease the tax burden but also to reduce demand and thereby reduce the impacts of inflation.

Welfare Reform

We must reduce dependency on public assistance by encouraging employment and ensuring that aid reaches those who genuinely need it. A significant issue is the lack of a transition off welfare—once a certain income level is reached, benefits are abruptly cut off. We need to create gradual off-ramps, allowing people to become self-sufficient without the fear of losing all support all at once.

Economic Crisis

The Democratic party has made things tough for the middle class, especially small business owners, by imposing unnecessary regulations that make it hard for them to compete with big businesses, whose money often leaves the state. I’m committed to supporting Maine’s economy by rolling back these harmful regulations on small and mid-sized businesses, keeping more money local, and strengthening Maine’s economy

Clean Energy

Democrats are promoting climate policies that are ineffective and potentially harm the environment. They are pushing toxic batteries in electric vehicles, relying heavily on coal, and unreliable solar panels and wind power. If Democrats truly committed to reducing carbon footprint, they should advocate for nuclear energy or increase hydroelectric power. Instead, they are promoting costly subsidies that benefit companies, not the people or the environment.
